Return Policy

Return Policy:

All surfboards sales are final with no returns, nor any exchanges are offered.

 

Damage Policy:

If your surfboard becomes damaged from shipping, you must contact me by Phone or Email, to begin the "Damaged-Boards Claim process".

Once approved, please provide the following:

  1. Multiple photos and/or videos of the damaged area(s) on the surfboard.
  2. Multiple photos and/or videos of the damaged areas(s) on the shipping box. 
  3. Proof of purchase/receipt from repair facility.
  4. Multiple photos and/or videos of the repair quality.

 

Statement of Completed Damaged-Boards Claim, signed and submitted via email between both parties.

 

If you do not have a ding repair facility available, you can purchase a ding repair kit, and we will reimburse you.

Lost or Stolen Boards:

Our main carrier for shipping is provided by UPS. If the board becomes lost or stolen, you have to contact UPS and file a claim.
